Do you have a crock pot? Pulled Pork -1 pork roast -1 small bottle of root beer (or 2 cans) -6-8 hours on low. Drain the root beer and add a bottle of bbq sauce. Pull the prk apart. Cook for another 1/2 hour. Serve on crusty buns. Voila, the best pulled pork eva.
I make a perfect roast chicken. Coat the chicken with olive oil, salt and pepper, cut a lemon in half and stick in the cavity. Roast for 75 minutes in a 375 oven. Remove from roasting pan and put on cutting board to rest. Squeeze the lemons from the cavity into the roasting pan, add a little water if necessary and heat on the stovetop until it reduces. Instant lemony gravy for your roast chicken!

1 lb ground italian sausage (mild or sweet) one small onion, diced 3-4 cloves garlic, minced 2 small cans (or one large can) diced tomatoes, drained liberal dry italian spices (maybe 1 tablespoon. maybe more) 1.5 cups heavy cream (could lighten it up w/ half and half, or even skim milk and a cornstarch solution - but the cream is effing delicious) chopped fresh parsley and grated parm cheese
noodles - I use rotini but you could use any sort of non-stringy noodle. bow tie, penne, whatever.
brown the sausage. Add in the onion and garlic, stir until soft. Add in the tomatoes, spices, and cream. Heat through and simmer for a few minutes. longer on low heat if you want to cook it down a bit.
pour over the cooked noodles, and top with parm and parsley.

I made a pot pie tonight that was super easy. 2 packs gravy mixed with 2 1/2 cups milk and 4tbs butter. Heat until thick and add 2 cups chopped cooked chicken and a bag of frozen mixed veggies. You can put breadcrumbs on top or I combined one cup Bisquick and egg and half a cup of milk. Bake for 30 minutes 350°
Someone posted these glazed porkchops recently and I made them tonight. They were really good and super quick to pull together. Although I will say I laughed that one of the steps is to remove them from the package.
I also really love this cabbage and sausage recipe. It is seriously such little effort. It doesn't seem like it would have that much flavor, but it really is fantastic.
I eat this at least twice a month. It's a "dump everything in a pan and let it cook" meal. It's even easier if you have leftover rotiserrie chicken. paleomg.com/kitchen-sink-hash/

Add spinach and mushrooms on top of chicken breasts, add a slice of cheese of your choice (I use mozzarella or muenster) and put in oven at 350 or until cheese is melted
Cut up chicken breasts into large bite-sized pieces. Toss in a baking pan or roasting pan with 1 tsp chopped rosemary, zest of 1 lemon, some olive oil and 3 or 4 smashed cloves of garlic.
Cook at 400 for 20 min, remove from oven and turn off oven. Add 1/2 c stock or white wine, then put back in the oven (it's off but still hot) for 5 minutes.
