I just started my diet today. I just had breakfast (banana and strawberries) and I'm already starving and dreaming of something from starbucks. Obviously that's not a filling breakfast but I was running late this morning so I didn't have time to make my egg whites like I planned.
Breakfast: Southwest egg white scramble Lunch: Clean up Italian wonderpot Snack: 1 cup Berry mix (strawberries, blackberries, strawberries and grapes) and plain greek yogurt
Breakfast: Protein powder blended w/ice, water, and a splash of sugar-free sweet italian creamer. 2 cups coffee w/SF creamer. I sometimes add spinach or kale but I'm out of kale and I used the spinach for lunch.
Lunch: Lavash bread wrap** (net 4 carbs) with roast beef, spinach, avocado, and provolone cheese.
**I just discovered these wraps!. It's a flax, oat bran & whole wheat lavash bread - the brand name is Joseph's. Each serving (1/2 of the wrap) has 4 net carbs and it stays super soft.
Dinner is going to be a chicken & veggie (zucchini, yellow squash, mushrooms, and some shredded carrots) stiry fry w/a touch of butter & parm. (DH gets rice w/his. Obvs. I don't eat rice.)
(I didn't forget about snacks, I just don't snack anymore)

I don't have a normal schedule, so my breakfast is really lunch.
I had a salad with shredded lettuce, cut up ham and turkey lunch meat, onion, low fat shredded cheese and fat free french dressing.
I have watermelon for a snack and a wrap with ham and pickles for supper(my lunch).
I haven't decide what I will eat for my last meal of the day, but I will probably have cereal or something. I ate a lot of points yesterday and don't want to eat that much today.
My supper find of sucked. H wanted to be helpful and make supper. He made perogies.... I had a small portion. My issue of the day is that my tummy is so bloated! I look 6 months pregnant and am so sore I'm drinking tons of water. Any other suggestion to get rid of bloat?
