8-5, and I generally WFH an hour or two 3 days a week. I get minimal flexibility, in that I can leave for an appointment and just make up the hours instead of taking sick time.
We got to pick our work hours today, we are heading into our busy season after a very relaxed summer.
I picked 10am-5pm, with no defined lunch break because I ALWAYS end up eating at my desk.
On days I want a lunch break, I can come in a bit early, but I looooove 10-5 because I can get my workout and cleaning done in the morning and not worry about it after work.
What are your "hours" and do you have any say in your scheduling?
How did you get a 7 hour work day? Just curious. I would love that. My last job I was there 8-5:30 every day with a 30 min lunch, although many days I was there much later than that. It sucked.
7-3:30 with a 30 minute lunch. My schedule is flexible though so I can start any time from 7-10, and I can take a long lunch if I need to, I just have to get in my 8 hours.

We have to be available to answer our phone during normal body shop hours, so 8-5.
However, since I work from home, I normally actually work from 6:30 or 7 to 3:30 or 4. We have to work X number of claims each day, so once that is done I just keep my phone with me in case someone calls and clean. Or nap. Normally nap. Until it's time to pick DS up.
I work 9am-5pm because that timing works best for my commute. But our office hours are flexible, most of my coworkers come in between 10 and 11 and leave around 6-7pm.
From what I can tell (only been here 2 months), as long as your work is getting done no one pays attention to when you arrive and leave each day.

35 hours is full-time.
Oh, sweet! Do you work in higher ed? That's the only field I know of with 35 hr work weeks.
I have been working 6:30-4:00 M-Th and 6:30-10:30 on Fridays. Tomorrow I'm starting 7:30-4:30 M-Friday. I can't handle getting up so early, but I will really miss my half days.
We can pick our own schedule as long as we cover our core hours. Some people work 4 10 hours days.
