Amazon is giving me a headache

Since I'm on bed rest I thought I'd get some work done on our baby "registry" (aka my buy this stuff later reminder list).  We don't need much, mainly just a new diaper bag and a ring sling. I'll shop used for the clothes later. 

I started with the diaper bag. Apparently I am going to have to pay a small fortune for a diaper bag that is big enough for CDs AND lasts longer than 6 months before breaking apart. I like the look of the JJ Cole satchel, but I don't know if it will fit CDs well and there aren't enough reviews for people who have been actively using it long term. Ugh, I think I'm going to have to suck it up and spend the money on a JuJu be prepared. 

Then I went to ring slings, knowing that I wanted a maya. Expect it seems they only have the padded ones and I was planning to get an unpadded one. I like spreading the fabric over my shoulder and I don't know if I can with padding. 

Why is this so hard? I swear it was easier making decisions last time around.

Also, gogadgetgo you CD right? What diaper bag do you use, do you like it?

I gave up on CDs for C because he was leaking out of every one. I don't usually cd 2.0 when we're out for laziness reasons. I usually use a canvas bag that I can wear cross body with a wetbags full of supplies stuffed in or in the stroller basket. I carry way less now for the two than I did with C as a baby!

I love my maya ring sling but the shoulder is padded. I can see why you would want it unpadded for flexibility.

That bag is cute. We have a messenger bag now which I like, but it can't clip to my stroller because it only has a ring on one side. I got it on clearance at BRU for $30. I think it's why I can't justify spending a ton on a new diaper bag.

It's good to know you like the padded maya. I haven't seen one in person, so it just threw me for a loop. A ring sling is the number one item I want for this baby.

I haven't figured out how to nurse in it but 2.0 is definitely happy to be in it for extended periods of time. And I love the zippered pouch on the tail. Makes it easy to store a paci or hat. And I know I can use it for hip carries down the line.
