While I see the second being more functional because it doubles as a bench, do you really want to sit on top of a cat pooping or a box that perhaps smells? Then again, I wouldn't keep a litter box in my bedroom.

I like #1 the best for the usable surface space. But #2 would be great to double as a bench (perhaps you could even put a bench cushion on the top). I wouldn't worry about the "sitting on top of a box that smells" aspect, since if it's in your bedroom, you're going to keep it clean!
The third one is nice, but looks "heavy" for something like that. Not heavy in weight...it just has a dense look to it, whereas the second bench-style one has legs, so looks lighter/airier, and the first one is obviously meant to look like a solid cabinet.

I vote for #2. I like the staggered entrance, as well, especially since it will be in a bedroom. Nothing worse than stepping on cat litter. (Except maybe cat puke, but that's not something that can be prevented as easily)
