Body lotion that actually absorbs into your skin

Whenever I put on body lotion, I feel like it just sit on top of my skin leaving it feeling greasy and not really absorbing.  Is this my lotion (I'm currently using Cetaphil but have had this issue with others) or me?  Does anyone have a recommendation for a great lotion that doesn't do this?

I use curel and have never had this issue. Though I live in CO and it's dryer than heck here.

I just ordered this stuff on recommendation from my dermatologist for my hands. It says it can also be used on body and face. So far, I love it.

If you don't need a heavy moisturizer, try the new Vaseline Spray and Go. It absorbs really fast!

I live in FL and have always had trouble finding a body lotion that absorbs into the skin and doesn't become a sticky mess when I walk outside into the humidity. This is the only lotion I've found that absorbs quickly and completely.

Don't laugh but I love gold bond cream with the blue label
