Ditto eggs. My picky eater though will not eat the yoke so we live on fried egg whites. What about smoothies? I make them all the time in sneak in vanilla egg protein powder.
I'm thinking beans, so veggie burgers with black beans in them? burritos (sans cheese obviously)? Quesadillas with non-dairy cheese and beans? (can you tell my kid is on a Mexican food kick at the moment? I have beans on the brain. LOL)

I admit I haven't tried any non-dairy cheese brands yet. I tried them a few years ago and I thought all of them were awful, have they gotten any better? Any brands you can recommend?

You might think they're awful, but LO won't know any different. My BFF's niece was highly allergic to dairy(she has since grown out of it) and her mom made her mac and cheese with soy cheese. I once asked BFF's sister how she liked it because I couldn't fathom that niece would actually like soy cheese. Niece had never had real cheese and didn't know that her mac and cheese was any different than regular mac and cheese.

Does she have an allergy or is a lactose intolerance?
If it's an allergy, check for whey, casein and lactate (there are more, I didn't google it) as these are dairy proteins. A lot of the "non-dairy" cheeses contain some of these.
PS - if she'll eat pizza, there is an Annie's Soy Cheese pizza that my DD loves. It's GF and Dairy Free.

Signed, My 3 year old is allergic to everything
I have no idea, that's why I want to get her to an allergist. The babysitter accidentally gave her some cheese yesterday and she developed a rash on her face and has had diarrhea since.
Dairy is the only thing that we can pinpoint, but it seems odd to me that she would just develop this within the last few weeks, she's 2.5.
We're cutting dairy out of D's diet. I can't get her into the doctor till the middle of November, but I want to try this out in the meantime.
We've already switched her to almond milk, but 90% of her protein came from dairy. She won't touch meat of any kind and won't try hummus either.
Does anyone have any ideas? She will eat PB but I would like to have other options.
I think it will get better as the times goes by. Changing their diets is always tough. Keep offering it, not forcing, but offering.
Beans are a good option, they have dairy free yogurt options. You can try the yogurt with mix-ins (nuts, granola, fruit). Eggs, hard-boiled are popular around here. Also, egg sandwiches. Depending how picky, you can sneak things into the eggs.
Good luck.
We are going to an allergist for DD2 (2 years old) for unknown issues. Ped also wants to test for Celiac. DD1 is DF as well as myself. As I said, changing food is tough and it gets easier- for both of you.

I make ricotta pancakes for W they have a decent amount of protein. I make a batch (usually two) and freeze the extras.
Oatmeal Ricotta Pancakes yield: about 16 small pancakes
2 cups rolled oats 1 cup ricotta cheese (sub tofu) 4 eggs 1 tsp cinnamon 3/4 tsp baking soda 2 tsp vanilla 1/4 cup buttermilk (sub 1 scant tsp lemon juice and 1/4 almond/soy milk)
In food processor or blender, blend oats until they resemble flour. Add ricotta, eggs, cinnamon, baking soda, vanilla, and buttermilk. Blend until smooth.
Preheat griddle and spray with non-stick spray. Use 1/4 cup measuring cup to measure batter; cook the pancakes until golden brown on each side. Serve warm.
