posting images on a Windows phone

This may be no help at all since I have an android phone, but from my photobucket app when I view a picture I'm able to press the menu button, then there's an option to "view links" and if I click that I can copy the image link.

As for a windows phone app, they have said that they are currently only working on iPhone and android but may introduce an app for Windows phones in the future if there is enough demand. You might ask about it on the app support board to let them know you are interested: support.proboards.com/board/12/mobile-app-support
