I need a cross train day D: hoping to bike ride out to favorite restaurant for a veggie burger and sweet potato fries - I usually crave sweets but I am craving fries - weird.
B: spinach and peppers with ground turkey, lemon dressing. a lonely chicken thigh that needed to be eaten. L: chocolate chili over spaghetti squash, salad, sweet potato D: more chocolate chili and spaghetti squash E: "Friday Night Lights" - friendly gym competition, won't know the workout until I get there.
