I had a lot of intestinal issues this time around during the first trimester. I always thought it was the pregnancy. In fact, I've cramped pretty much the whole way through (I'm 35 weeks.) It scared me at first, but I'm over it now. And usually in a few hours or sometimes days (ugh) I finally poop (sorry) and it goes away for a bit.

Pregnancy is such a mind-fuck. I had quite a bit of cramping as well and since I had previously had a mc I was the queen of the TP checkers. I would think that cramping with no spotting is just normal uterine growth.
Whenever I had cramps and was worrying about them, it was helpful to think about that part in the baby books where they talk about how giant your ute is becoming. Like, OK, it hurts. Makes sense.
I cramped soooo often. My back also ached, a lot. I hope your discomfort goes away soon, I'm sure it isn't anything to worry about, but pregnancy is a mind fuck
Totally, totally normal. I had massive cramping with this pregnancy. Still do. I can usually get them to subside or at least lessen by drinking a ton of water. It stinks because a lot of times, middle of the night cramping is the worst, and getting up in the middle of the night to pee isn't fun, but it beats cramps and the worry associated.
Fwiw, I feel like a first-time mom this pg, too. It has been so long (4 years) since I was pg last, and I've forgotten so much. And I think that I've put a lot of the worrisome symptoms out of my mind from the first time around.
I had terrible backaches first tri. I would want to cry at my desk by the time afternoon came around because I couldn't find a sitting position that was comfortable.
i've spent this entire pregnancy experiencing one form of cramp or another. mostly in the back, sometimes in the front, i have leg cramps, foot cramps, side cramps (like when you get a stitch in your side from running), etc. starting almost simultaneously with the appearance of the second line on the pregnancy test.

Cramping without bleeding is fine. I've had plenty of cramping so far but no bleeding.
As for backache, ask your doctor to refer you to physical therapy. It has been life changing for me in the last few weeks. I went from unable to sit or stand to having very minor twinges of pain every few days.
