I'm starting to really panic

I'm so gun shy with my half now after passing out at the last. I'm crazy panicky it'll happen again as I have no idea why or when it set in. Ugh all I'm picturing is the same thing again.

No gu
Gatorade
No Gatorade
Water
Extra water
I don't know!!! ?

It'll be fine!!!! If you are worried I'd always opt for Gatorade/Gu over water.

You'll be fine! It's cooler now, right? Less humid? These things will help a ton! I do prefer Gatorade over water now. I just handle it better.

Not much cooler. We are having a Warner fall than usual, of course! Lol

Are you bringing water and nutrition with you? Take a Baggie of straight up table salt with you. Take a couple of licks here and there! That might help!

Yes I have a water belt with 4 bottles and bringing gu just incase. Ill add salt. I know the course will have stuff but after the lack very lack of it in the last half I'm brining mine stuff just in case.

I think joenali has the best idea.  I do gatorade but it can mess with your stomach.  Table salt will be just as good!  You'll be awesome!!  Don't worry.
