I put in my request around Christmas and they turned it around in less than 48 hours.  It was ridiculously quick and not what I expected from the timelines the others here experienced.  But they are fast.

Mine showed up the next day. It was amazing. I definitely did not spend hundreds of dollars on this game.

I'm a purist.  I refuse to spend money, and I refuse to go the reddit route.  I just know that if I cheat and have all the money and all the donuts and all the things- i'll just lose interest.  

Not true! Well, not for me anyway. I was starting to lose interest because everything was taking so long. Now that I have lots of money and donuts I can focus on fixing up my Springfield just the way I want it. Which is my favorite part anyway. I'm okay with sacrificing my morals for instant gratification.

Both times I had a request (my second was to have stuff removed, not added) they were done in a couple of hours.  It just depends on how many requests they have coming in and what's going on in the hackers' lives.

I'm already sick of the Valentine event. I have everything off the wheel. Multiples of almost everything. Freaking SIX flower carts. LAME.

Also, is anyone else having issues when they visit neighboring Springfields? Mine gets kind of laggy/glitchy and has shut down a few times. I assume it's because with all of the characters out and the extra animation it slows the game down.

I am kind of enjoying Homer's storyline so far.

I couldn't connect to a server for ~20 hours. Finally gave in and uninstalled/reinstalled this afternoon and that helped. But still getting booted off more than normal.

Get this shit. I have been quite stingy with my donuts. I figured I should actually use them, so I bought some spins on the wheel. I spent 65 donuts, knowing most of those would get me balloons or ponds. My first three spins? Completed the wheel. NOT COOL. I have 12 spins leftover.
