According to the Simpsons Tapped Out board it was the train.  Freaking cheapskates.  I didn't need any of the stupid wheel items.  I sold it, LOL

Happy Day!  The only thing I needed from the wheel was the train, so now a) I have the tunnel of love, and b) I don't have to spin the wheel and end up with even more gazebos.
