I guess I was wrong.

If you want to get started on the goo quests right away (and visiting other people and collecting goo), then yes use the donuts. Otherwise you have to wait until tomorrow.

Crap, I hadn't noticed that. Okay, no double steal from nesties. I try to not put gremlins in nestie towns.

If anyone wants to "cheat," you can download a hack for unlimited donuts and money. I have a link for an android hack; if you'd like it, you can PM me. Warning--EA tries to ferret out these hacks, so when they find and deactivate, you'll have to reinstall the game. With this particular hack, when you reinstall the regular game, all your donuts are gone. You do get to keep the money, though.

Just Google. I saw iPhone hacks when I was searching for mine.

After every update you need to get a new hack. Depending on the hacker, some hacks let you keep all the hacked money and donuts.

gremlins don't actually steal goo.  At least according to the experts on the EA tapped out forums from my quick perusal.

If you squish them within 4 hours the squisher and the releaser both get 2 goo.  If you don't squish them the releaser gets 4 goo.  But regardless of whether it's shared or entirely to the releaser, the 4 goo are a net gain of new goo.  it's not actually stolen.  So release away!

go to app store of your choice - download Simpsons Tapped Out.  Follow directions.  You need to build the gypsy house to do all the goo and ghosts stuff we're babbling about here but you'll have to do a few other things first.

I'm not sure i'd call it cool, but it is a fun timewaster.  It's sim-esque but without the character interaction part of it.  You're basically just building a town and there are all the usual simpsons characters but you're just giving them preset tasks.

So I've been trying to get hacks for my iphone and everything on my laptop has been "dangerous" and it seems there isn't one I can do straight from my phone. I am so irritated now.

One complaint I have about this game is that I keep accidentally clicking on the option to use donuts to speed things up. I have done this twice now on my brown houses, which is stupid, because they only take 4 minutes. I wish it asked you to confirm that you want to use them or maybe I should start tapping with my pinky finger since my pointer seems to be too fat. lol

there is an option to set it to confirm before it spends donuts...I don't remember where it is, but that is in there. lemme look.
