Not so great news

I had a follow up ultrasound today.  At first we were a little excited.  Instead of seeing one yolk sack, there was actually 2, but there is no fetal pole or further development of that kind.  We talked to the doctor.  He said that there is a possibilty that this could be early twins, but he is not happy with the development. He says there should be more growth, such as a fetal pole ect.  He said he is "worried".  He wants to do another follow up ultra sound, but if there isn't more growth then we have to look at termination of the pregnancy.
We have the ultra sound scheduled on Wends, the 16.  I am off that day, so we will see how it goes.  I hope it goes ok, it is our anniversary that day.
