We have the Ikea Gulliver, if you're tall it might bother you, I'm short (5' 4") and I think it's the perfect height. I like the simplicity of it. I also liked that the crib was only $100. It was easy to lower when DS started standing.

We have the DaVinci Emily with a Sealy Soybean Foam mattress. It converts to a toddler bed, and with a conversion kit, a daybed and a full-size bed.
DS has only been sleeping in it about two months (for the first 5 months, he slept in a Pack n Play in our room), but we like it. The finish is pretty and has held up to doggie nails when the dogs jump up on it to sniff the baby.
The only weird thing was, I couldn't get the Ultimate Crib Sheet to lay flat. So, we just have a waterproof sheet under the regular sheet. But we haven't had any issues with overnight diaper leakage (yet), and DS doesn't spit up much at all.

We have the Graco Sarah. I love the way it looks and the price was perfect. The not great thing about it for early days is that the mattress is really low. Like low enough where we didn't have to lower it when he started sitting unassisted.
Which is fine now, but was a little more difficult when we were trying to lay him in it without waking him up since you have to bend almost in half over the high rail to get the baby on the mattress.

We have an Ikea crib, too, but it looks like they don't make our particular model anymore. It's pretty close to the Gulliver, but it came in lime green. I love it. I love the look of it, and the price was definitely right. It will convert to a toddler bed. We got a mattress from BRU (recommended in Baby Bargains).
Once she started moving around more, I wished we had bought something with more solid walls to keep the pacifier from falling out, but that is a minor quibble.
Here's a pic of it after we lowered the mattress (this is from a few weeks ago).
