Army Wives is cancelled

TV Guide is reporting that Army Wives has not been renewed.

Honestly, I'm not surprised. When you get rid of most of the original cast and ask viewers to care about the new ones its hard to survive. I see this being the same problem Grey's Anatomy is starting to face.

It was an already bad show that got even worse. I'm not surprised. I still watched it, but it was drunk hate watching. Oh, and so I could snark on it online.

I'm sad it got cancelled, but I'm not surprised. Denise was the only one left! I did want them to wrap up things though. Poor Holly.

I hate to laugh at it, but I have to. The Holly storyline is just too ridiculous. How on earth did they manage to roll every stereotype imaginable into each character? 

I was waiting for a "take off the glasses, put on some eyeliner, and BAM, you're a brand new woman" moment, a la "She's All That."

The new cast, while decent, didn't help the show. It probably went one too many seasons.
