Anyway, I stuck my head in this morning and said thanks for moving P, she enjoyed herself in the new room today.

They moved her into a new class with mean boys and a mean teacher. I gave her a few weeks to adjust, and it was only getting worse, so I called and asked them to move her, because she is 4.

Yikes. I can't imagine speaking to a parent that way, and I am sarcastic by nature! I hope that you love the teachers in general there, because otherwise you may want to see what other options are in your area.

If she spoke to YOU that way, imagine how she may treat her faculty. Unhappy teachers are rarely at their best when teaching!
