At my last job a quick getaway was top of mind for me. I took a few things with me here and there a few days, and it took me a few hours to clean. But, I did a more thorough job than normal cleaning since the new resident would have to clean.
If it's just packing up my personal stuff and bailing, it would probably take about an hour (mostly due to several trips to my car).
If it's me packing up my entire office and equipment for a move, it's about 3/4 of a day to pack and another day to unpack. The unpacking is usually spread out in a few chunks of an hour or two over several days though. I have some stuff that needs to be up and running immediately, and then I deal with the rest as I have time.
2 things cause me to keep a minimal office. I've seen too many layoffs - they tell me get out - I'll be gone.
I've worked with a couple hoarders. One woman they would make clean-out her office about once a year and she'd just stuff it in her car. I counted over 100 stuffed animals in her office one day while standing in the doorway asking a question. She had clothing, food - empty pop cans... just everything. it was awful. I takes me 2 "tubs" to move my stuff if they re-arrange our office. It takes her 4. I have a 2 drawer vertical cabinet that I really don't use. She had 2 long vertical filing cabinets, another cabinet and her desk and all surfaces were covered about 2 feet deep. ick ick ick
If I needed to be out quickly, I could get out in under 30 minutes. Realistically, it would probably take a couple of hours to properly pack things and move them out.
I have some pictures, my diplomas, assorted mugs and bowls that have migrated from home, and a mini coffee maker. But I also have a lot of books that are mine - it takes longer to move those out (and in).

If I wasn't worried about cleaning up files and such for a successor, I could grab what I needed and be out in 30 minutes . . . but would want to add another 30 to be sure everything personal was off of the computer. My challenge would be that most of the personal belongings in my office are books, so I'd need to make a few trips.
I keep nothing at my desk that I wouldn't leave behind. So if leaving because I'm angry and just want to quit - I grab my purse and run. Moving from one office to another - maybe an hour.

Honestly? I could walk away and leave everything there. The photos are prints that I could always reprint (and likely already have duplicates). My cooler, laptop bag and purse are all I HAVE to have. I do have some personal papers in a drawer, but if fired wouldn't think anything of ditching them there. I wouldn't go back for any of my awards. What am I going to do with that crap at home and I certainly wouldn't put them up at a competitor. Value of personal stuff in my office (outside of purse and laptop bag) < $100
I have lots of stuff, but if it were a negative experience - I was laid off or fired, I could grab my personal stuff in less than half an hour. I don't leave anything valuable/irreplaceable at work. Since I'm a teacher, this is nearly impossible, but I'm still cautious from my days in the private sector.
10 minutes max. I could probably do it in under a minute if I had to.
I keep my space very barren - one large picture on the wall behind me which was a gift from a group at my prior employer (I keep this because it works as a credentialing tool with old, white men), one small wedding photo, a coffee mug that I got for graduation and a pilsner that I got from my previous employer as a team award.
I could scoop all of the up into my laptop case and grab my purse and immediately walk out.

Well, it apparently takes my H forever. When I was pregnant with Kid 2 his office moved locations. Like 10-15 miles. So everyone had to pack up their office/cube in giant plastic pink labelled crates and then movers would move their crap. Well, I went to my 38 week appt and my OB sends me to labor and delivery to be induced. I call H and he seriously tells me, "but I have to pack my cube! my crates are still empty!". I was like "are you f'ing serious! Have Vish do it!"
I have a bunch of stuff in my cube, generally because I have stuff everywhere- my car, my house, my cube. I have about 10 pairs of shoes stuffed under my desk right now...

If I wanted to leave it clean and tidy for the next person, maybe 1-2 hours. Otherwise, no time at all. The only things of mine there are a mug and some silverware. I'd be a little sad not to get the silverware back, but it's nothing I couldn't buy again with $2 at Goodwill.
There is nothing in my office, right now, that I would need back. So, other than the 30 seconds I need to find my keys, I'm done at the end of the day.
It's a beautiful office, I just haven't personalized it at all. It might be sign of something.
Probably 30 minutes. For the first 6 years I was in my office, I had nothing in it and I got comments from my clients all the time. So when I switched offices last year, I brought some things into decorate. Two large framed posters, 3 small smaller framed prints, my framed license and certificate, a framed award I received, a plant, decorative vase, a bulletin board, and two lamps.
I have my Keurig, my fridge, microwave, air filter, a few pictures and misc. crap. Doctor stuff. But my car is 100 feet away since I just got a parking space after 8 years. So an hour, tops.
