Just keep in mind that the gummy vitamins contain no iron (the iron is generally what causes upset stomach in those that experience it from prenatals) and do not contain 100% of the recommended value of many other vitamins. So you have to be careful about what else you are eating and be careful about your iron intake.

They're fine. The prenatal One a Days made me so nauseous but oddly enough my nails were way stronger and grew much faster with one a days than they do with the gummys. I'm just finishing out both but anecdotally I think the regular horse pills are more impactful
Yes, I took them for a bit during pregnancy then realized they had no iron. I already had issues with iron before I was pregnant, so I switched right away. Even taking a vitamin with 100% of the recommended iron I had low iron, so I'm glad I noticed or the problem could have been much worse.
I couldn't swallow the other prenatals so these worked great. I just made sure that I got my iron from a separate source and sometimes took a separate iron supplement.
