Face wash and body lotion/cream recs, please?

Preferrably stuff I can get at Target.  I need the face wash to be a makeup remover.  I haven't found anything that does a really good job of getting off all of my mascara, and I don't even wear the water proof stuff.

I like Pond's makeup remover in the tub. Wipes never seem to remove makeup completely for me.

I like Neutrogena Ultra Gentle facewash.

I haven't found a wash to get off mascara, ever really. I use vitamin E oil which dissolves it nicely.

For lotion, I like the Vaseline brand in the green bottle. I like it because it dries quickly but still does the job. In the winter I do the intensive healing that comes in the white bottle.

I like neutrogena fresh foaming whatever. In the blue pump. Takes off my eye makeup pretty well.

I like the L'oreal Youth Code foaming gel cleanser. I'm too lazy to remove my makeup in a separate step, and it removes eye makeup pretty well. I get bored with lotions quickly so I have a ton of them and I've never found one I really hated, so I'm no help there.

Neutrogena eye makeup remover. Paula's choice skin balancing oil reducing cleanser is awesome for removing makeup and cleaning my skin. For night time lotion I use Nivea creme, daytime is Nivea soft. Everything is available at he drugstore except Paula's choice which is $16 for 8 oz online.
