Coat in flour (seasoned with S+P),pan sear quick in some olive oil.
Lightly toast some almonds, add them, a few tbsp of honey and a pat of butter to the cooking oil. Pour the sauce over the chicken. Serve with rice and a roasted veg.
Four boneless breasts and a jar of tomatillo salsa, dump into crockpot for 5 hours on high. Shred and serve with tortillas and taco fixings. So easy and good.
We had these last night - Buffalo Chicken Wraps Marinate in Louisiana hot sauce for 30 minutes. Bake at 420* for about 20 minutes. Shred chicken and dump a bunch more hot sauce, dash of red pepper, salt and pepper. Serve with wraps, blue cheese crumbles and romaine lettuce. Super good and easy!
Dip in beaten egg, coat in panko breadcrumbs, and pan-fry or bake until cooked. Serve with maple-mustard sauce (mustard of choice plus maple syrup to taste, and add a small splash of apple cider vinegar).
Or, marinate in Italian salad dressing for a few hours and then grill.

If you have Italian dressing; you can marinade before baking. If you have peanut butter; you can make some kind of satay If you have soy sauce and vinegar or soy sauce and ginger, you can make teriyaki/adobo If you have lettuce and celery and/or carrots; you can make lettuce cups after sauteeing it with spices
