I also recommend Tide vs special detergents. We've never had a stink issue using it and we're almost in underwear full time. I pray.
I do add a bit of bleach to the load every few months, maybe 3 times a year,, as I have noticed his nighttime ones almost starting to get stinky, and this seems to keep it at bay too. I add it with the soap aftet the first rinse. (I once added it right away and there was a gasy reaction out of chrmistry class!) I do like 900 rinses after before drying them too when I've added bleach.
There is an awesome Facebook group that says do a bleach soak and then wash with regular detergent. I see you are using tide which is good. I can pm you the fb group name if you'd like.
I rinse, wash in hot water/detergent(I use All Free&Clear)/borax 2x, than rinse a 2nd time. They come out smelling good every time. I only wash twice because I go 3-4 days in between washing (I have a lot of diapers). If you plan on doing it everyday or every other you should only have to do wash them once.

the cloth diaper compendium? that group has blown my mind w/r/t everything i've read about CDing.
make sure the bleach is actual a disinfecting bleach, too. it will have disinfecting directions on the side/back of the bottle (or say disinfecting somewhere). otherwise, it's just a whitening agent.
make sure you're using ENOUGH detergent, too. that 2 Tbsp rec that's floating around is crap. put as much detergent in as you would for any load that size, CD or not. and yes, use tide powder.
if they still stink, i highly recommend you join that group on facebook and post your question. they will fix things for you, i PROMISE lol.

Yes that one it's also blown my mind. Someone on there right now is asking why they think they know it all. One admin has a degree in organic chemistry and she's still saying not proof enough lol.
