so is Jackie not demented anymore? I thought she was thoroughly off her rocker last season, but she seemed to be in prime shape this week. Love to see her and Eli sparring.
I thought this was a great episode, and at the end I really wondered if Dianne was going to tell Will that she knew about Alicia and Cary leaving, you could tell she was debating it, but I'm glad she did. Despite how things went down I think she and Will still really care about each other.
They should have left the firm weeks ago, staying for bonuses was a bad move.
Can't wait for next week!
oh and I loved Alicia and Will reminiscing about their bathroom rendezvous.
Alicia was the only smart one. SHE knows they needed to leave. But the underlings...
I kind of hope they screw over that one guy - the one who was leaking the info to Viola.
But here's a thing that bugs me about the show - their "continuity", if you want to call it that.
The intern approaches Alicia about a problem. Alicia doesn't have time. That's when she's like "I know what I need to do" and of she goes. What was probably 20 minutes later- Viola shows up and is suing them. Even if the intern had already met w/ Viola and the "what I need to do" was making the final call to say "let's do it" - Viola was still there THAT FAST?!?
Then Diane and Kurt are out shooting, then they go to lunch. She meets her old friends. We then see her friends at her apartment - they are ALL DRESSED differently. When she tells Kurt she wants to meet his friends, he asks "is this because of yesterday". So.... all that went down in one day? Come on....

I can't wait for next week either.
I agree with you pugz, all of a sudden Jackie is better?
They better screw over that guy who was leaking the info!
I like Diane and Kurt together. But really, of all the friends he has to introduce her to he picks the young hot chicks? Didn't really seem to fit for me.
The Kalinda part was surprising to me, only because she has been so secretive in past seasons and is now fooling around with a paralegal all over the office?
I love the eccentric lawyer (Elsbeth?).
I still want Will and Alicia to end up together. I have loved him since Don't Tell Mom the Babysitters Dead.
Next weeks episode looks good. I am interested to see how the story plays out and how the characters develop when they aren't at the same firm.

I predict (or hope really) that Peter is going to cheat with the girl he tried to promote and Alica will run back to Will. While I do actually like Peter, I am rooting for Alicia & Will to be together.

I really want Peter to resist the woman who he promoted and is obviously flirting with him and for Alicia to put the smack down on her. That would be great.

That ethics woman annoys me. Or perhaps I should say that casting of her. She's almost over the top - in how she looks, she talks, etc. It's like "OK!! WE GET IT! PETER WILL FIND HER ATTRACTIVE!!!!".

I was kind of hoping that something would derail the judgeship and that Diane would still be pissed at Will, and would join the 4th years at their new firm.

This is exactly what I thought was going to happen - that she was going tell Will she's leaving with Alicia and Cary.

There is still time...
I was thinking that it could be her next sentence, but I feel like she didn't have time to actually, you know, ask them if she could join them. But again, as someone said above, the timing in this show isn't great.
