We made turkey chili yesterday and there is a bunch leftover. This is a quirky week for us because we have so much going on after work/school.
Monday - Carter has OT and Grayson has dance and L has a Board meeting at their school. I think the kids will have mac and cheese (that they have been begging for all week) and I'll have leftover chili.
Tuesday - L is going to dinner with a co-worker. I think I'll do breakfast for dinner since I haven't done that in awhile. Still eating the turkey chili, I fear.
Wednesday - I need to take something out of the freezer to grill. Chili Lime Chicken skewers? I need to roast the cauliflower one night after the kids are in bed since it takes too long once we get home from school/work and re-heats well.
Thursday - the kids have a late soccer practice and a spelling test to study for so we'll swing through fast food on the way home.
Friday - L is setting up for the school's Harvest Festival and I am taking the kids to a friend's church Halloween festival where they have hot dogs/cotton candy/etc.
Saturday - ordering pizza for the kids and the sitter while we go to L's boss's house for a dinner party.

Monday: I have beef and barley soup going in the crockpot. Tuesday: Gymnastics night so probably leftover soup. Wednesday: E's at her dad's and I'm supposed to go to HH with some friends. Thursday: TBD. Maybe chicken tenders and mac n cheese or bean burritos. Friday: Pizza and a movie night. Weekend: I don't know yet. We are facing a potential grocery store union employees strike here that affects all 3 stores we have in our suburb. I have chicken, raviolis, etc. in the freezer, but this doesn't solve the issue of getting fresh produce, milk, etc.
