What plan are you following (if any)? loseit - 2 lbs a week loss. it's great but I need to earn at least 300 exercise calories or I am starving.
What exercises do you have planned for this week? I'd like to run at least 15.
What meals do you have planned for this week? only dinner tonight - pasta with turkey sausage and lots of veggies. My parents arrive tomorrow (so, dinner out) and on Wed DH and I head up to DC for 5 days (so, most meals out). My main goal is to stay within my daily calories.
What advice do you have for someone else trying to lose weight? Exercise!

How much did you gain or lose? I weigh in tomorrow, but I suspect no change this week.
What is your total weight loss? 9 pounds
What plan are you following (if any)? No particular plan, just trying to exercise more and eat better/less to create a calorie deficit. I guess it's like WW without the points.
What exercises do you have planned for this week? Running 4x, lifting 2x, yoga 2x.
What meals do you have planned for this week? I'm trying to bring salads to eat for lunches at work.
What advice do you have for someone else trying to lose weight? If the first thing you try doesn't work, switch it up and try something else. Different people respond to different methods.

What advice do you have for someone else trying to lose weight? you didn't gain the extra weight in a day. it will take time and a few stumbles along the way to revamp your lifestyle and it wont be immediate but sticking to a healthy (ier) diet and excercise will make changes to how you feel/look etc.. be patient.
Well according to my scale this morning I am only a couple lbs away from my pre pregnancy weight, but I was up all night with the stomach flu :/ I'll have to wait to next week to get a more accurate reading.
As of last week I'd lost about 25-30 lbs since having the baby in January. I still need to lose another 5-8 to be back to where I was. It doesn't sound like a lot, but I have a small frame and lose weight slowly.
I go in spurts of using myfitnesspal, but at this point I can keep a pretty good tally in my head.
Exercise: definitely taking a rest day today, probably tomorrow too. I'll have to see how I feel the rest of the week. I may just use this an excuse for a cut-back week.

What exercises do you have planned for this week? group exercise and running today, swimming tomorrow, spinning and running wednesday, OWS thursday, spinning, running, and core class friday, nothing Sat, possible in-water (so kayak or SUP) tri volunteer on Sunday
What meals do you have planned for this week? We bought some giant steaks at the store yesterday, so I think we'll be eating a lot of steak. Otherwise, we're having a soba-noodle stir fry tonight and some wraps for lunch.
What advice do you have for someone else trying to lose weight? You have to do what works for you. You can get feedback and suggestions from other people, but ultimately their body and yours are not the same and will not respond exactly the same to the same thing. So do what works.
Well, I don't weigh in monday AM because it sets off a bad tone for the week for me. Weekends are my 'indulge' days, the week is very calorie restricted. But I can answer the rest of the questions!

What plan are you following (if any)? My plan is to use MyFitnessPal, now if only I can remember to log my foods and measure. It has worked for me in the past, I just really need to stick with it. I have also thought about getting a BodyMediaFit.
What exercises do you have planned for this week? I don't have any planned at the moment, it's been a lot time since I worked out and I have a lot to lose. I need to find something not too high impact to start.
What meals do you have planned for this week? I normally do not plan ahead with my meals which makes grocery shopping a pain.
What advice do you have for someone else trying to lose weight? You'll have bad weeks but you need to continue with your journey to reach your goal. If you have a day of overindulgence just pick back up the next day and continue on!

What plan are you following (if any)? I'm doing the old WW (before pointsplus), but I've been working on not tracking to see how I'll do transitioning to "real life"
What exercises do you have planned for this week? I need to get in 2 strength days - I've been slacking on that! I also hope to run at least once, but it's calling for rain all week I'll probably jump on the elliptical a couple times. I suck at planning, apparently!
What meals do you have planned for this week? This is kind of shameful, but my partner packs all my lunches and cooks our dinners. I have no idea what she has planned for dinners this week. Breakfast and Lunch are the same pretty much every day/every week b/c I'm boring.
What advice do you have for someone else trying to lose weight? Don't get discouraged by minor set backs or bad weeks - it takes time.
How much did you gain or lose? WI on Saturday: Gained 1.4lbs. Ate out way too much because of work and not always the best choice.

What advice do you have for someone else trying to lose weight? Take it day by day. If I focused on what I had to lose, I would of been defeated. Small goals and steps are vital to a lifestyle change.
