Is anyone still playing Sims?

I haven't had time lately for the game itself. I've been building my own neighborhood. I'm actually really proud of it. So far it only has community lots and a few apartments. Haven't built the single family homes yet.

My friends are making me play Final Fantasy 14 at the moment, and I don't have as much game time since I went back to work in September. (I took 5 weeks off in July/August to hang with my son). But I can probably do a Cory update when I get home tonight.

I know she became an adult and is still looking for all the islands in her island paradise. I think it's time to knock her up so she can pass on her legacy to a child. But I'm not sure who the lucky dad is going to be. I might send her back to university and get knocked up on graduation day . Her charisma is high and she has the relationship booster life time rewards so it's generally easy to talk someone into woo-hooing with her.

Do you ever get the build mode song stuck in your head? For the past three nights when I lay down to sleep I sing that stupid song over and over. 

That song gets stuck in my head every damn time I build things. I miss the original Sims song, though. Can't be the classics, lol.

As for my sims? Uhm, mine had a baby and her name is Muriel. She is fairy.

Is the fairy option in the Supernatural Expansion? I think I want that expansion, Uni and Island Adventure, possibly Monte Verde too. I've realized I don't like Late night, the city is not my style. lol

Yup, in Supernatural. Supernatural is really cool and has a lot of stuff to do. I want the Island Adventure expansion, Hidden Spring, Uni, and now I want the Future one, too. I didn't know they had that in the works. 

Yea,h you can be fairy, a witch (I think?), all kinds of stuff. There are zombies, too. Watch out for the zombies.

You can also build houses in stilts over the water and all this other awesome island stuff. I'm pretty sure I'm going to get it next then Uni.

I have Island Paradise and while I like the game play and I really like the houseboats... it takes FOREVER to travel anywhere because there is a boat taxi, then run to a real road, take a real taxi to your destination. It's a little annoying. But I like the scuba diving, I like the searching for island, and I do like the houseboats although they are really, really, really slow.

I really liked Uni and Late Night. I wish the rest of the expansions had included some apartments.

Boat travel does take a while. I make them dock the houseboats in the section that is closest to "town" so they just run up the beach and bike or taxi there.

Nope! Lots of fun stuff. You can run a resort too.
