WalMart. I had no idea about chickfila being anti-gay. I know they're run by mormons. This bothers me greatly.... (the anti-gay, not the mormon thing).
not that it changes much as far as anti gays, but the founder of chick fil a is Baptist, not Mormon. There may be Mormon owners out there but they are not a " Mormon" company
Oh, I forgot Salvation Army (discrimination) and Forever 21 (sweatshop labor). I would say American Apparel for its institutionalized sexual harrassment and hostile work environment, but I've never bought anything from there. I remember reading something bad about Lululemon, but I've never shopped there either.
I've soured on Target for its own mis-steps regarding equality and Home Depot for its funding of conservative superpacs, but I need to buy light bulbs from somewhere.
I dont boycott for politically incorrect behavior but I do boycott local companies who dont pay their bills!!
I am the bookkeeper where I work and I KNOW who stiffs my boss. I will NOT do business with them and sometimes it really gets me annoyed because I want something they have! But I wont break my self imposed rule.
I boycott Sears/Kmart, somewhat for consistently assholey behavior from one of their stores, but mostly for some absolutely ridiculous shenanigans they pulled with my credit card.
I boycott a local company because whoever drives their van really shouldn't be behind the wheel of a vehicle.
Also, I semi-boycott the local post office branch. I have no problem sending DH in to mail a package for me, but *I* personally refuse to deal with heinous bitches in there.
I refuse to go to a First Watch restaurant. I have heard bad things about their business practices and where they get some of their funding. I will not eat somewhere it is known that they accept money from campaigns that are anti-homosexual, and they give money right back.
Pretty much just walmart. And not for the reasons most people do (although I agree with them), but simply because every time I leave that store, I'm angry about how the store is crappy/dirty/poorly laid out/irritable the workers are/etc, so I just avoid it. Haven't been to one in maybe 12 years. It isn't a pleasant shopping experience, so I'm happy to pay $0.30 cents more for Cheerios at Target or a grocery store.

Target, Chick Fil A, Lowes, Hobby Lobby, and basically anywhere that has Bible verses on their signs.
I also go to Wal-Mart as rarely as possible; we have a Wal-Mart and a very expensive grocery store, so I get as much as I can at the grocery and only go to Wal-Mart for hair dye and cat food.
