I didn't really believe I'd changed a lot over the past few months since my weight on the scale hasn't really been changing. But then a friend (thanks Cassie!) sent me these two pictures.

For reference, in the purple shirt, December 11, 2011, I weighed 157.8
In the navy shirt, May 13, 2012, I weighed 157.0

It's not always about the scale

It's certainly not a huge change, but it's way more than I expected to see.

to OP-Wow! great job!

I have been at a steady weight but have been taking pics weekly and I really notice a difference that I don't notice on a daily basis.
