I'm in the maintained group. It's been 2 weeks since I've taken prozac, so I am hoping that things will start to shift in my favor once it's completely out of my system.
Still not stepping on the scale, but on Friday my sister actually complimented me on my weight loss and someone I've know for 20 years said he didn't recognize me for a minute when I said hello.
Lost another 0.5lb - I think that brings me to 3lbs lost? Something like that.
I want to AW DH though. He's been getting up and hitting the gym in the mornings 3 times a week for a little over a month now (except for when he's been sick). He says the scale hasn't moved much, but I can definitely see a difference in him. He had been in denial about his weight for awhile now, so I'm super proud! he could stand to lose 30lbs, but his goal for now is 20lbs.
