E: 5 mile run B: Coffee with milk and sugar, banana L: big salad with veggies, feta, and olives w/ vinagrette; strawberries S: greek yogurt, apple D: baked chicken and a wheatberry/veggie salad
B - coffee w/milk, sliced strawberries & bananas, one egg on 1/2 a ww english muffin S - trail mix, if needed L - leftover Persian dinner (beef kebab + rice + yogurt sauce) D - not sure what's on the menu tonight. Probably something light, like salad with grilled chicken E - I don't think I'm doing anything today. I have a gnarly hacking cough, & need to get to the doctor to get it checked out.
B: ff activa with strawberries and 1/2 serv. granola, decaf tea with almond milk
L:1/2 sandwich (sourdough, 1/4 avocado, cucumber, spinach), apple
S1: cinnamon graham crackers
S2: banana with 1 tbs peanut butter
D: small piece of sourdough with 1/4 avocado and strawberries (not a ton of time between work and the gym)
E: spin class*
S3: maybe spinach and strawberry salad if I go to spin, if not, a digestive biscuit and tea (if needed)
*I am suuuuper dehydrated, so this depends on if I can slam enough water today to feel normal again. If not, I'll do a very passive yoga/meditation class).
