1. I woke up at 5:30 this morning.
2. I'm freezing.
3. It's 51 degrees right now.
4. I ugly cried at therapy yesterday.
5. I'm craving Del Taco fries with cheese sauce.
6. I found a Vietnamese restaurant near my house that has delicious tofu spring rolls and peanut sauce.
7. My friend is giving me her old car in exchange for some work she needs done around her house, I'm beyond thankful.
8. I need to pee but don't want to get out of bed and risk turning into a popsicle.
9. My niece is so full of joy, it's glorious.
10. I have some very big decisions to make soon and I'm wavering on them.

1. I have a number of Halloween related chores to accomplish between tonight and tomorrow.

2. The weekend just flew by and felt very busy.

3. I was asked to see a patient for a colleague in another office while she's away on vacation. She didn't provide me with everything needed and now I'm officially annoyed.

4. It's a clear sunny crisp fall day here.

5. Halloween is looking rainy.

6. When E is asked what her costume is, she says fashion model slash skeleton. I hope the idea in her head reaches reality come Thursday night.

7. I am not an artistic person. Thus the concern for the facepainting needed in #6.

8. This day has just flown by and I have to leave to take E to gymnastics soon.

9. A is having a busy last week at her current job and I am anxious about the scheduling of an appt. for this weekend that she said she would do.

1. I started facilitating a coming out group last night. It went really well. I am excited!

2. I need to go get new contacts. Why do I have such issues with making the appt?

3. I need to to go sign up for benefits. L and I were going to compare plans, but my open enrollment ends tomorrow and L's opens next Monday. She tried to get the info from her HR, but they won't send it until Monday. Sigh.

4. I need to start drinking hot tea vs mocha. $.69 vs $4 and a hell of a lot less calories.

5. If you live near a Wegmans buy the cinnamon pecan shortbread bites NOW. OMG.

6. I can't believe it is only Wednesday.

7. I just caught a glimpse of myself in my window. Oof. I didn't wet and redry my hair after going to bed with wet hair last night and just threw it in a ponytail this morning. Even my ponytail looks like shit.

8. I don't know what Del Taco is, but fries with cheese sauce? YES PLEASE!

9. My boss sent me an e-mail this morning that she had a scary dream that I was leaving. I am not. Not any time soon.

10. I didn't have anything to bring for lunch, so I have to buy today.
