I get typically between 6 to 8 hours sleep a night. The problem is I just wake up feeling like I've slept maybe half of those hours. I've been known to sleepwalk before, so I don't know if I've been doing that again. What the heck. I have a sleep supplement, so I wonder if I should be taking that again.
1. Second vitamin D check. 2. How is your sleep atmosphere? Is it a completely dark room? Quiet? Cool but not freezing? 3. Do you use TV, phone, iPad etc. before bed? 4. How close to bed are you eating or drinking?
