This is what I wore for Mother's Day. The dress is new from JCrew and the necklace is an ebay knockoff of the JCrew bubble necklace ($150, ebay for $15). I've read mixed reviews but I LOVE it.

Purse, necklace and skirt are The Webster for Target. Very old pink tank. White jacket is MICHAEL Michael Kors from 6pm.com. Shoes from Target.

I normally don't buy really cheap heels, but I saw these online and thought I'd try them. They are surprisingly comfortable!

It's supposed to be raining here all darn day so basic, no thought outfit from me .

I thought these Lucky Emmie flats were supposed to be comfortable though. I've worn them three times and the elastic in the back kills me. I definitely won't be getting any more of these.

Also - switched my burlap Tom's for the Purple Palmetto ones. They're so comfortable. I may end up getting the flats I wanted at some point, but they didn't have my size when I exchanged the other ones.



My H got me this necklace from Figs+Ginger for Mother's day too...technically I'm a mother to two cats, but they didn't have cats so he went with the birds. I love it.

Happy belated birthday Joanis. Love the dress. So I'm assuming you guys had to set up a tripod to take your picture? Do people ever give you weird looks? I'd like to start doing my pics outdoors but I'm afraid people would think I'm weird or that they'd knock my crap over.
