The actress who plays Hattie is going to Columbia. I don't really miss her but wish they'd bring her boyfriend back, maybe to work on Kristina's campaign. I just looked him up - LOL, his name is Michael Jordan - but it looks like he's on to bigger and better things.

I actually find Kristina running for mayor and having a legitimate shot way more realistic that Bob Little's big-time political machine-style campaign in Berkeley. That bugged me so much about his last season.

I don't know why people hate Jasmine. If I had to put up with Crosby I would sometimes sound strident and bitter, too. Plus, she gave up Alvin Ailey for him. Okay, maybe she is a little dumb.

Ha! Alex was the only thing that made Hattie interesting to me. I don't miss her and don't need to hear her character referenced more than once a season.
