I'm glad you're feeling better, but it concerns me the OB office didn't call you back.
If you feel faint/dizzy again, call in. And you can try laying down on your left side during one of those episodes to increase blood flow to the heart. Should help you feel better, but it's a temporary fix.
Glad you're feeling better. I hovered right around 90/60 most of my pregnancy (and most of my life, ha) and only when I dropped to like 80 did I get sick. Low bp can be a real pain in the ass. You have my sympathies.
Blood pressure stuff is scary. Be really concious of standing up and do it slowly. It can make your blood pressure drop quickly and you can feel faint/dizzy from it. The good news is you are around the point in pregnancy where blood pressure tends to be the lowest and it usually just starts going up as you get more into your second trimester.
