I made "Emerils oven baked chicken wings". And peas, and honey crisp apple slices.
I was skeptical, but aside from not being quite crispy enough they were delicious little mini lemon and herb roasted chickens. I showed the kids how to eat the mini drumsticks "like a caveman". Wild dinner success ensued.
Hospital cafeteria food. It was nasty. What I thought was sweet potatoes, was squash. Not the same thing! But I have lots of fruit from an edible arrangement for snack. It's AWESOME!

We had Chipotle.
We were on the way to the grocery store after spending time with a friend and L was insane. Then she started yelling I want to eat right now!!
So I swung around and got chipotle. Se devoured her quesadilla then came home and ate a cheese stick and a bowl of oatmeal square cereal. She's less insane now.
I call it panko chicken (chicken breasts seasoned with garlic powder and season all, breaded with Italian seasoned panko bread crumbs, DH loves it), cubed Cajun sweet potatoes and sauteed zucchini with garlic and onion. We have AMAZING breath right now.
We went to a fancy diner for comfort food. I had Eggs Bruschetta, which is ciabatta toast topped with tomatoes, fresh spinach, parmesan cheese, and over easy eggs. Delicious. And lots of coffee, which means I'll be up all night. DH had an omelet with prosciutto, asparagus, and a couple kinds of cheese. Also delicious.
Boston Market. We're having a lazy day today and I didn't feel like cooking. I got the barbeque chicken bowl. It just had mashed potatoes, corn and rotiserie chicken with barbeque sauce drizzled on top. It was good.
