A little over a month ago I decided I was done being chubby and did a serious 180 on the way I eat. A few weeks ago I started exercising regularly as well. I can see the results in the way my clothes are fitting.
Problem is, the skinnier I get, the more my skin breaks out. I went from getting like 1 zit a month to like 5/6 on my face constantly. You would think going from eating like 90% carbs/candy/sugar to a healthy well balanced diet would help my skin, but that doesn't seem to be the case.
Has anyone else encountered this problem? Does it get better or should I make a doctors appt?

I am eating a lot more dairy. Like, greek yogurt in my power smoothie every morning, cheese stick for a snack, usually some kind of cheese with dinner too.
