I was wondering the same thing this morning. I have an open jar in my fridge and worry I won't use it all before it goes bad.

I take for granite people's poor grammar. More pacifically, how theiyr're always thinking "for all intensive purposes" is supposably correct.

It's basically like any other nut butter - 6 months to a year in a fridge, you should be good.
