So, I recently started a new job, and am apparently doing well enough that they want to sit me with the admins and basically groom me and one Other person into an admin position. I'm shocked. This is my first big girl job. I have been here two weeks. I was just sat down and was told she has seen something very hard working in me and would like to grow that. Eventually I'll be taken on site and given other admin tasks to work on in addition to the basic tech call stuff.

I'm so excited and nervous!
