Anyone else use Crinone progesterone gel? The side effect of "clumping" is about the grossest thing I have encountered in TTC. Way TMI, but it's like wet dryer lint coming out when I wipe. Ew!

I was on Crinone for three cycles, and I liked it so much more than Endometrin! TMI, but I just reached up in there and finger-swept the clumps out every day or two. Aside from that, I only shed small clumps occasionally. With Endometrin, I'm constantly leaking.
Trying for #3; FET 8/18 -- BFN. Leaving things up to chance for now... After three years, three IVFs, and two FETs, we finally have our miracle babIES!

Yep. No real leaking so I thought all was good. Glad I read the insert so I didn't totally flip out when I did exactly as you described.
Haha, see I did NOT read the insert and was absolutely shocked at the "wet dryer lint" that suddenly appeared. In my vagina. Sooo gross! I think it irritates or dries me out, too.

pamela, it's okay if you don't want to share, but why do they have you on Crinone vs. PIO? I would think with high miscarriage risk they'd go with PIO, but my only experience is that is what they chose for my therapist when her progesterone came back 4 at 14 DPIUI.

I don't know. My last doctor team in Texas had me on oral progesterone, but this RE prefers vaginal because it doesn't mask blood test results. PIO wasn't mentioned.
