Hi, all! Newbie here--coming over from The Nest. My hubby and I recently signed up for the c25k program with our local fleet feet club. We are both super pumped about getting healthy and active! I was very active in high school (10 years ago). I went to college and met my love--and totally fell out of touch with being active.
What are some of your favorite work-out songs, clothing, shoes, and inspiration?
Ditto pennypie. Don't skimp on your shoes. Get fitted because it will save your knees, calves, shins, feet, etc.
For clothes, I prefer compression tights, shorts, etc. They don't ride up and they feel so good. Tops I'm not too picky with but I prefer wicking material. It keeps you drier and cooler. No cotton. It will make running in the heat miserable.
