Kangaroo and oats food

Hey all. Long time. 
Kobe is a disaster. A friend of mine is a vet tech  and we were discussing his issues and she brought this food up. Only problem is its Iams and I'm not a fan. She said she has a patient that has issue like Kobe and they did testing and found out this was pretty much the only food this dog can eat.

You're looking for another brand that has kangaroo? I think California Natural has it. Too bad js doesn't post here anymore. She would know.
