We're going to my ILs' house this weekend for a birthday celebration (OMGMYBABYISFOUR!) and early Thanksgiving weekend. I'm looking forward to it. I think we're going to do Thanksgiving meal on Saturday and then my wife's cousin is coming over with her boys on Sunday for a little birthday bash. Should be fun!
I have a 4-mile run on Thanksgiving morning. The boy will either have a sleepover at grandma and grandpa's the night before, or my sister will come over and spend the night since my wife is working Thanksgiving day (and the entire weekend after) and obviously someone will need to be with him while I run.
My wife will be done at work by 2:30 and home by early afternoon and then we'll be going to our friends' house, they don't have any family local and invited us over. I think I'm going to have the boy help me bake a couple of pies to take over. We're doing something with my sister and parents at some point over that weekend, maybe Saturday? We haven't set plans yet. My brothers are both going out of town for the holiday to their mom's house.

E is going to be with her dad this Thanksgiving through the weekend after.
My parents (and their dog) are arriving on Wednesday afternoon and are going to be staying with us for the first time since A (and her 2 cats) moved in. A has purchased two gates to keep the dog from getting upstairs and getting access to the cats. Of course my parents sleep upstairs in the guest room and their dog is normally with them. You can see where this is going. This whole aspect of the holiday should be interesting and I'm sure that no matter what I say, someone will not be happy.
We are going to my brother/SIL's house for dinner. It is my nephew's first Thanksgiving and both sets of grandparents and some of us siblings will be there. It should be entertaining, if nothing else.
I don't get the Friday after off, so I decided to go ahead and work and save the vacation day. My parents will likely leave that day to go home and we will have a quiet weekend to follow.
