I am fascinated by Marbury v. Madison. What an interesting parallel to draw.

I said something along the same lines to MH when we were watching the speeches after the decision.

I honestly don't see how this could have come out better for the Republicans going into an election... it definitely is not a clear win for Obama or a defeat he can use.

And Marbury v. Madison is one of my favorite cases. It's just very fascinating. Drawing the parallel is pretty cool.
