Stifler is finally going in on Wednesday for his bladder stones, and our credit cards will officially be maxed. Feel sorry for me.

Thanks mama. Home refi is all done, went great! Saved us a couple $100 a month plus a ton of interest. Need flood ins now though and are actually in the process of looking for a land surveyor to do an assessment for us that is required by the insurance companies in Florida right now, otherwise it could go up like 500%. That's nuts! That is looking like $250. Then $250 for car insurance deductible bc I hit a pole. Then $500 for dog (not that bad actually), then $3000 for baby delivery. Tough month in the W house. We'll recover. At least everyone is healthy. Well except the dog.
