My h has nothing. He went out today in 45 degrees in shorts and one of his wicking cycling jerseys. He was miserable. I have no idea what to tell him to wear - he warms up quick and sweats a ton.
He has cold weather running gear. I think all of his running pants (not tights) are nike, from nordstrom rack. He has all sortsof long sleeve running shirts, and warmer top layers. He has this great half zip thats fleece lined that he got a few years ago from roadrunner. It wasnt cheap, but he gets a ton ofuse out of it in the winter, its rrs brand.
Mine wears long sleeve wicking tops with his shorts - if it gets too cold for that, there's no way he's out running. He has this one random merino wool shirt that he really likes, he says it's warm but it breathes well. It mostly all random stuff he's gotten on those deal a day type websites.

I'm in the same boat. Well, DH is.
He has some nice Nike/Brooks running shorts with the built in undies and he has tights. Wearing tights under those shorts is not possible, so he does tights with basketball-style shorts. Not ideal, but its working for now.
The top layers are a lot easier to work with. Its the weird tights/long pants thing he is still trying to figure out - he just started running.
My H never wears pants. Always spandex and athletic shorts. On top he wear a long sleeved cold gear sweatshirt made for running. Depending on how cold it is, he'll wear short or long sleeved under armor under that.
FWIW, he always gets warm really quick and sweats tons too

Not that h runs but I'd think male version of what you wear, except tights. I don't care how awesome the nod is...men in tights no!
This is pretty much what my H wears. He's got a few levels of tights and windproof Craft pants for the really cold days. Active.com and steep and cheap have had a ton of cheap cold weather gear lately.
