Did you guys do flat rate from USPS? Ship in a separate kind of box? I'm having trouble finding a box to fit all of mine in and don't want to send multiple boxes. I do have a box that may work but I have to wrap it and then wrap it again to be able to mail it...
Sweetchix, you can do that. They also have flatrate boxes.
I've got two boxes that are the perfect sizes, just need to change out the labels and remember to bring tape with me. Mine will be out by the end of the week

Thanks! Do I have to pack the box there or can I have it packed and wrapped and label it there? Or can I even write out the address and everything before taking it to the post office?
clearly I spend to much time at the post office returning my internet purchases because I am giggling that you guys do not know how to package/ship stuff.

And apparently no one buys from Amazon like I do - I have every size box imaginable, just waiting for me to fill it, tape it, and ship it off.
Yes the stock pile of amazon boxes is quite sad. I stash them in my closet so the evidence is not in plain site.

Have it all packed, addressed, and sealed before you get in line at the post office. At the post office you just want to give the guy the box and have him put the postage on it. Otherwise you'll have to get out of line, and then get back in line when you're all ready. Be ready before you walk in the front door.
And depending on what you're sending, you might want to use something sturdier than a shoe box. Those boxes get tossed around somethin' fierce.
spindle92 I break them down and store them flat on a couple basement shelves. My OCD compels me to organize them by size (A1 through whatever)
I am giggling becasue I do the exact same thing except I line them upright in my closet. LOL!!!!
I don't break them down. I nest them. I have a little contest with myself to figure out the best way to nest the most boxes in the smallest volume. I'm not OCD, just a weirdo.

Ok. So, I have a box, and some tape, and my item. Do I tape the box BEFORE inserting my item? Or does the tape go inside the box too? And when does the Amazon drone come to my house to pick this up? HALP!
The only reason I'm asking this is because the sizes of my items are strange and to send "flat rate" through USPS would cost $16.85 in their large box and I hit the point of sticker shock lol.
Notice to whoever gets my package. I'm sorry about all of the tape and extra wrapping!! I'll be mailing it out tomorrow morning, I believe.
