Has anyone heard of this? Has anyone tried it? Someone who sells it reached out to me today because I didn't know exactly what she did - I thought she did diet plans for folks postpartum, but she sold this stuff. I was wondering about it... it sounds like it's one of those too good to be true and probably not healthy, but I'm just wondering.
I've done it twice with my sister. I don't know how truly healthy it is, but unfortunately it didn't help me long term. I did drop 12 pounds in 10 days, but just like any other fast/shake diet, you have to keep going. And I suck at that part. And the shakes are not so tasty. Good luck if you go for it!!!!!
One of my trainers does it and swears by it. She convinced one of my friends to of it, but she did not have success. I wasn't willing to try it. I'll do my 3 day juice cleanses, but anything that requires meal replacements daily long term and fast days (only shakes) regularly is not for me.
I know one friend that has done it. Another girl I know that did Isagenix is the one that posted a 6 week post partum selfie in her under pants the same as the girl in Muppet's thread.
