This is on top of almost two hours last night.
And I am pretty sure my problem is still not really fixed.
It's astounding how much their troubleshooting sucks, WHY CAN NONE OF YOU PEOPLE TRACK TICKETS AND CALL ME WHEN YOU ACTUALLY FIGURE OUT WHAT IS WRONG???
This whole, let's sit here on the phone together while we work it out by trying anything and everything sucks my nards.
